EXTENSION:   Press and hold the EXTENSION button.
                          Along with the “/\” or “\/“ button to desired setting

FLEXION:        Press and hold the FLEXION button
                          Along with the “/\” or “\/“ button to desired setting

SPEED:           Press and hold the SPEED Button
                         Along with the “/\” or “\/“ button to desired setting

PAUSE:           Press and hold the PAUSE button
                         Along with the “/\” or “\/“ button to desired setting

** PRESS STOP, THEN START TO IMMEDIATELY REVERSE DIRECTION **
